Mommyhood

Malou's daily jaunt to motherhood

Ask me anything

Isaiah: Mommy, I’m bored.

Mommy: Why are you bored?

Isaiah: Because I don’t have energy…that’s why I need to go downstairs and meet my friends.

My naturally sweetened morning.
Isaiah leaned on his Daddy’s shoulder while Daddy was talking to Tito Ariel.

Mommy: Isaiah let’s go upstairs I’ll give you a bath.

Isaiah: Mommy can you bring my truck upstairs?

Mommy: No just leave it there.

Isaiah: I want to bring it eh.

Mommy: No more na. It’s heavy.

Isaiah: Come on I’ll help you. Pleeeaase.

Mommy: Okay okay. I’ll just bring it. (Get the truck and carry it in one hand)

Isaiah: See I told you Mommy, you’re strong.

Hmm…nambola pa. *wink*

Getting ready to sleep. Isaiah seems not to listen to Daddy’s instruction while standing right in front of the aircon.

Daddy: Who do you love, Daddy or the aircon?

Isaiah: Aircon.

Daddy: (firmer voice) who do you love Daddy or the aircon?

Isaiah: Aircon.

Daddy: Ah ganun.

Isaiah: I’m just kidding Daddy. You’re so funny. I love you eh.

Yay! The little boy slept two nights in a row without his diaper on.

Back in January, Isaiah responded so well in potty train in just a week (vs Dr. Phil’s one day training). But it was only just couple of nights ago when I tried to make him sleep without his diaper on.

I’m proud of my little boy. He listens so well in the instructions. *wink*

He climbed Daddy’s back to stop him from going to work and stopping him from going out of the door.

He doesn’t like missing his favorite playmate and his bestfriend.

This afternoon before Daddy left for work.

Daddy: Bye Isaiah.

Isaiah: Bye Daddy. Call me if you need someping (something) okay. Call me if you need help. You tell Mommy if you need kiss… Mommy will give you kiss…and then you play with my car… you borrow my car Daddy… then I go upstairs and play with my friend.

Daddy: Okay.

He cried because Mommy said she wants a picture of herself without him.

Daddy: Why are you saving money?
Isaiah: Because I want to buy some toys.

Saw an aquarium on our way to Tagaytay the other day.

Mommy: Isaiah look at those little fishes.

Isaiah: Aww… Mommy can I pet a baby whale? I think it will fit in our car.
